Travis Barker just debuted new ink, and it's courtesy of girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian. The latest tribute reads "I love you" written in script, which the Poosh founder tattooed herself. She shared the news with an Instagram post captioned simply, "I tattoo," to which Barker responded "woman of many talents." While this is the first time (that we know of) Kardashian has tattooed Barker herself, the two have a history of sharing their love through ink.
In April, the Blink-182 drummer was spotted shirtless, and eagle-eyed fans noticed another addition to his already very inked chest. On the left side of his chest, the name "Kourtney" is written in script over top of an existing tat. And not long after fans spotted the tattoo, Kardashian confirmed the ink herself with a post of her bf's new ink—showing off her very trendy manicure in the process, might we add.
Her post, although sans caption, still spoke volumes—clearly, things are getting serious between the two. She even has her friends' approval—bestie and famous TikToker Addison Rae commented "goals" on the post, along with Steph Shepherd commenting, "rare" with a black heart emoji.
Barker also celebrated the Easter holiday earlier this year with Kourtney and the rest of the Kardashians at Kris Jenner's Palm Springs home. Jenner even gifted him golf clubs before the crew hit the links together.
In March, Barker inked the phrase "you're so cool" on his thigh in what appears to be Kourtney's handwriting. The phrase is a lyric from the title song of 1993 film True Romance — which Kardashian happened to share screenshots from in January. Perhaps they have a favorite couple movie?
The two started dating earlier this year. While they've been friends for years, their relationship turned romantic once Kourtney became open to the idea. "They've been friends for a long time but it's turned romantic," a source told People. "He's liked her for a long time and she just got more open to the idea. He's a good guy and a really great dad. Her family and friends all really like him. Their kids all get along too, which is sweet."
Since then, the public has been 'shipping these two and their flirty Instagram comments and adorable date nights in Los Angeles—one of which was a double date at a UFC fight with the internet's other favorite couple: Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly.
On a date night in, Kourtney posted a photo to Instagram with the caption, "watchin’ movies, but we ain’t seen a thing tonight," which is a lyric from Ariana Grande's smash song, "34 + 35." Barker left a purple devil emoji in the comment section, and given what the song actually means—well... we'll let you do the math.
