Sure, your sister may have forgotten to pack those extra bobby pins (when you asked her twice), or your best friend from college indulged in one too many champagne toasts at the reception, but we bet that your bridal party's transgressions didn't even come close to this 'maid's major faux pas. Buckle up, because we might have just met the worst bridesmaid ever. A recent Reddit thread revealed one bride's screwed-up story of how one of her bridesmaids actually asked the photographer to do an impromptu engagement shoot—at her wedding. (Suddenly your scene-stealing sister-in-law looks pretty good, doesn't she?)
"Married Redditors, what was the most obnoxious request made by one of your wedding guests?" asked a Reddit user on the forum site. Other users responded with everything from a guest swiping his finger through the frosting of the wedding cake before it was cut "for a taste" to a mother-in-law who brought her own potted succulents since "she had heard there would be no flowers." But this one definitely takes the [wedding] cake.
"One of the bridesmaids brought her fiancé to the wedding," wrote a Redditor, "and wanted our photographer to do an impromptu engagement photo shoot." AT. THE. WEDDING.
While the author of the comment did not specify how she handled such an obnoxious, self-centered request, thankfully her wedding photographer had the only appropriate reaction to such a proposition. "Photographer laughed in her face," she wrote.

Other users in the subreddit were similarly dumbfounded by the bridesmaid's shocking lack of decorum. "It'll never cease to amaze me just how trashy and cheap people can be," wrote one. "And just selfish in general. It's someone else's day and you're making it about you," replied another.
And one user just had to appreciate the wedding photographer's response: "I would have tipped him a little extra on the spot for that," they wrote.
