Last month, Wedding Paper Divas announced that they’d be closing their doors for “a new beginning.” Today marks the first day of a new era for the company, which will now operate as The Wedding Shop by Shutterfly.

What does this mean for Wedding Paper Divas customers? Any orders entered before September 12 will remain unaffected. For future customers, The Wedding Shop just offers the same stunning designs Wedding Paper Divas has always created, but with the convenience and backing of Shutterfly.

“For convenience, saved photos, addresses, and account credits from weddingpaperdivas.com are transferrable to Shutterfly,” says Amber Harrison, Etiquette and Trend Expert at Wedding Paper Divas. “Otherwise, brides can expect continued luxury and high-quality products under one roof.”

In addition to the stationery items Wedding Paper Divas does best, The Wedding Shop will include other custom items brides and grooms might need as the big day approaches. “All the Wedding Paper Divas designs will still be on there and [the site] will denote it as a separate collection,” according to Anoushka Yousuf, who handles public relations for Wedding Paper Divas. “But it will also have other items like guest books, wine glasses, and items for your bachelor or bachelorette party. It’s going to be a one stop shop for all things wedding, personalized gifts and products like that.”

In the past, Wedding Paper Divas has created stunning collections in collaboration with big names like Whitney Port and Mindy Weiss. These kinds of projects aren’t going anywhere, either. The new brand “will continue to create collections in collaboration with notable influencers to add a variety of unique styles to its offerings,” Harrison says. “We are also excited to be continuing our longstanding relationship with Mindy Weiss as our style partner.”

Both Shutterfly and Wedding Paper Divas have long been known for beautiful, high-quality products and customer convenience for everything from basic menu cards to customized invitation packages. After six years of collaboration, these two paper powerhouses will conduct all their business under one name and website—with even more designs to choose from.

“Customers can expect to gain a wider selection of wedding products all under one website,” Harrison says. “From wedding stationery to day-of decor to bridal party gifts, The Wedding Shop will offer everything you need to personalize your perfect wedding down to every last detail.”
