Classic and so flattering, the cat eye is one of our favorite bridal beauty looks. "A soft, sultry flick elongates, defines, and lifts your eyes so they look bright and beautiful on your wedding day," says makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury. "It creates the appearance of bigger eyes." Case in point: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's eyes look subtle but still glamorous in the above photo — made even more gorgeous by her nude lip and shadow. Want to learn how to master Huntington-Whiteley's stunning beauty style? Here's how.
Starting from the inner corners, use a liquid liner to draw a very fine line close to the lashes. Keep it thin until you're two thirds of the way across, then start to thicken it slightly, sweeping the pen up and out. To get the flick just right, draw a tiny dot where you want the line to end (about half a pinky nail's width from the end of your eye, says Tilbury), then continue drawing your line until you meet that point.
To complete the flawless look, finish your cat eyes with nude lips and bronzy neutral shadow, which will keep the look fresh and modern, not retro.
