Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale have a long friendship that started when they appeared in Disney's High School Musical together. And over the weekend, the actresses thrilled fans with a mini Wildcat reunion: They spent some quality time alongside one another while serving as bridesmaids at the wedding of actress Kimberly Hidalgo and Pretty Little Liars alum Brant Daugherty. Both of them had a ton of photos to share on Instagram, and they're all pretty adorable.
Social media shots show the two High School Musical stars wearing beaded, vintage-style Adrianna Pappell bridesmaids dresses in varying shades of grey and lavender. Each of Hidalgo's six wore a slightly different version of the gown and styled their hair a bit differently—Tisdale went for natural waves while Hudgens donned a chic and effortless messy bun during the celebration in Northern California. Tisdale published a cute Boomerang video of all of the bridesmaids posing together, writing "We’re ready for you @kimhidalgo!!" Later, Hudgens uploaded a couple of images, including one of her with choreographer Laura New and celebrity stylist Natalie Saidi. In another, she wrote, "Lol best time ever at @kimhidalgo wedding 👰🏻Congrats to the newly married couple!!!"
Tisdale also had a sweet tribute for Hidalgo, who was a bridesmaid at her own wedding to Christopher French in 2014. “My fairy friend @kimhidalgo is getting married," she wrote in the caption of an image that shows Hidalgo sitting in a pink dress. “This was taken at my wedding almost 5 years ago and now it’s her turn 😭 I can’t wait to be by your side as you’ve always been for me. I love you Kim!!!”
According to People, Hidalgo and Daugherty crossed paths on a dating app nearly three years ago. Daugherty proposed in Amsterdam last February, and they got married before 200 of their friends and family members, who included Sarah Hyland and, of course, the Disney favorites. The couple is now getting ready to jet off to Greece for their honeymoon.
“We’re just looking forward to spending some time together,” Daugherty told People. Hidalgo added, "Eventually we want to have a family in a few years and just continue to create and love each other. We do great things together.”
