If you were looking for the perfect way to celebrate Twilight's 10th anniversary, look no further: You can now become the proud owner of Bella and Edward's original wedding announcement.
In honor of the decade-iversary of the release of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (the third book in the series), Propstore.com is auctioning hundreds of items from the saga's four films. In addition to the wedding announcement, other things up for grabs include dozens of costumes (including Bella's blue "transformation dress"), Bella’s copy of Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights, the set of bases that were used during the Cullen family baseball game in the first movie, and lots of Cullen-crested jewelry. And for anyone who's on #TeamJacob, there are also multiple shirts up for grabs that were once worn (and probably taken off at a questionable moment) by Taylor Lautner, just saying.
As you may remember, Propstore.com put on a similar auction around this time last year, in which Bella's original diamond engagement ring was sold for a whopping $17,000—a lot more than the $3,000–$5,000 it was expected to fetch. Meanwhile, the character's bloody wedding dress sold for $2,500, and her wedding hair clip sold for $4,000, which means hopefully somewhere, someone is planning to recreate the iconic Twilight wedding dream sequence in its entirety.
For anyone who is still hoping for an
Edward and Bella Kirsten Stewart and Robert Pattinson reunion IRL, an auctioned off wedding announcement is sadly probably the best we're going to get. The couple broke up for good in 2013. These days, it seems that both parties have moved on. K.Stew is adorably involved with Victoria's Secret model Stella Maxwell, and R.Patz may or may not be engaged to FKA Twigs.
The auction is live now through November 17, so get those fangs ready; it's sure to be a digital bloodbath.
