Many Walking Dead fans are still crying over Glenn's unfortunate demise on the AMC hit earlier this year. And now they're once again tearing up over actor Steven Yeun — but this time, for a much happier reason! Steven Yeun, who previously portrayed Glenn on The Walking Dead, has just tied the knot, marrying his sweetheart Joana Pak on Saturday, December 3 in an outdoor wedding ceremony with tons of Yeun's former co-stars in attendance.
The big day took place in Los Angeles, California at the Paramour Estate, according to Us Weekly, where the bride stunned in a strapless organza ball gown. Pak had her hair swept back in a boho fishtail braid and completed the look with a lush bouquet of pale pink, lilac, and white blooms. "Getting to celebrate the love between these two, last night, along with all their friends and family was so beautiful and special!!" Pak's sister captioned an Instagram snapshot of the bride and groom. "This whole week has been an awesome, family-filled, fun time and it's been so great! (We've also gained a brother in-law from it!)"
Meanwhile, the groom's Walking Dead family all made the guest list cut, with Andrew Lincoln (Rick), Chandler Riggs (Carl), Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori), Norman Reedus (Daryl), Melissa McBride (Carol), Danai Gurira (Michonne), Alanna Masterson (Tara), and Emma Bell (Amy) all in attendance. This reception was basically one big AMC reunion!
Wedding photos of Sarah Wayne Callies, Emma Bell, Danai Gurira, and Chandler Riggs recently have hit the net and they all clean up rather nicely without being covered in all that grim and guts, no? "Wedding ready...," Callies captioned an Instagram pic of herself and Lincoln's wife, Gael Anderson, all decked out for the festivities.
Glenn's story may not have had the most uplifting of endings, but rest assured that at least Yeun got his happily ever after!
