Survivor winner Ethan Zohn has chosen his tribal council partner for life! The two-time competitor, who also appeared on The Amazing Race, is engaged to his girlfriend, interior designer Lisa Heywood.
"This is the reason I survived cancer twice...to meet Lisa and start a beautiful and healthy new life together," he told People today. As he noted, he memorably battled Hodgkins disease twice, the first time in 2009. He and Heywood began dating in 2013, the same year he went into remission, after meeting at a Clinton Global Initiative charity event.

According to People, Zohn proposed to his brand-new fiancée on the dock of their new lake house in New Hampshire. How romantic!
He popped the question with a stunning engagement ring that holds a deep emotional meaning — his father, who died from cancer when Zohn was 14 years old, proposed to his wife with the same diamond. Zohn had it reset for Howell.
Zohn gained notoriety for winning $1,000,000 as the winner of Survivor: Africa, the CBS reality show's third season, in 2001. He returned to compete on the All Stars season in 2003, where he came in 11th place, but won something else. He and fellow contestant Jenna Morasca fell in love during filming, and dated for 10 years.
Since then, he's found lifelong love with Howell and parlayed his soccer career into co-founding Grassroot Soccer, an organization that uses soccer to raise money and awareness to fight HIV/AIDS.
