Consider some of the newer Israeli designers in your dress search!
After the success of Inbal Dror, there has been an influx of amazingly talented wedding dress designers coming from Isarel, and they're creating epically fashionable gowns! Gabriella has two new favorites she recommends, below.
Lihi Hod: "Lihi Hod is a young, Israeli designer offering beautiful gowns and separates," Risatti says. "Each piece is custom made to the bride's exact measurements, creating an incredible fit. The style is sexy, but still sophisticated and refined. The fit is perfection! The gowns are not widely distributed, adding to the exclusive and special nature of this design house."
Flora: "While Flora is also a young Israeli designer, her look is quite different from what we've already seen, Risatti explains. "The fabrications are very special and unique to this designer. The gowns are feminine, soft and a bit whimsical with just a hint of sexiness. They are often a soft A-line, which is a wonderful shape that lends itself to many different body types. These gowns also feel very diverse in that one could visualize them in many different settings."
But don't rule out hot, young American talents like Kelly Faetanini (Above), either!
"Our brides absolutely love the Kelly Faetanini gowns. Kelly is young and fashionable and it shows in her designs," she says. "One of the things I really love about the Kelly Faetanini collection is the range it represents. Kelly can make a sleek, sexy strapless trumpet gown with cut outs that will knock your socks off, and follow it up with a demure ballgown that is equally stunning. Kelly Faetanini is one of the most difficult collections for me to buy because I typically want every piece that walks the runway!"
According to Risatti, there are some well-known NYC ready-to-wear designers who are also doing amazing things in bridal!
"We just started working with Lela Rose, which is really exciting," Risatti says. "She is such a well known and respected designer, it's truly an honor to have her bridal collection."
"She begins each design with the fabric, which I just love! The result is a collection of gowns in the MOST AMAZING and unique fabrics. It is a wonderful addition to our assortment."
If you can rock it, try a sexy silhouette or cut-outs!
"At the moment, our brides, are loving the very slim and sexy silhouette. The designers are really giving them some wonderful options, too," Risatti says. "Our fashion-forward ladies are also really embracing the cut out trend. We are seeing a lot of them opt for a gown that has the sides cut out, the midriff exposed and definitely a plunging back," she adds.
If you're opting to go more conservative, you can still be stylish in a soft A-line!
"The soft A-line is also very popular," Risatti adds. "There are wonderful options, particularly from Flora and Reem Acra, that have a chiffon skirt and a lovely beaded lace bodice with illusion detailing. It's an incredible look that blends tradition, sexiness and current fashion trends."
When it comes to accessories, go for the gold!
While silver-based accessories are always timeless, you can add edge to your look by trying some gold accents. "We're seeing a lot of our more fashion forward brides opt for gold accessories, which is so beautiful and refreshing," Risatti says.
Thinking hair? Keep it off your neck to show the details of your gown!
"With the beautiful straps and sleeves on many gowns, (plus the low backs!), many brides are opting [to wear their] hair up in order to showcase these details, Risatti says. "They rarely do a stiff updo, however, and keep things soft and natural looking."
Jumpsuits and rompers make amazing rehearsal dinner looks!
"I personally love jumpsuits and wore one to my rehearsal dinner," Risatti explains. "I wish more bridal designers would create jumpsuits for our brides. I think they are so chic and would love to see what bridal designers could do with this trend."

"Often, the fashion pendulum swings dramatically season to season and bridal is no different," Risatti says. "Since we have been seeing a lot of sexy gowns for the past few seasons, I would not be surprised if the designers showed some gorgeous full A-line gowns with boatnecks or long sleeves."
"I'll certainly be looking to add to our collection of sexy gowns, but also will be adding some more traditional styles, as I think that is where the trend is heading for some women," she adds.
Need a fashionable bridesmaid gift? Gift your girls with Gab's new robes!
It's difficult to find a chic gift for bridesmaids, so Gabriella and her team took matters into their own hands. "We just created our first collection of robes! They are so cute and the perfect gift for the bridesmaids. It was a collective effort with my whole team picking out just the right fabrics and we're all obsessed with the outcome!"
