In case you were already done obsessing over Steven Yeun's ultra-romantic outdoor wedding (seriously, what is wrong with you?!), here's something even sweeter to swoon over. The former Walking Dead star and his new wife, Joana Pak — who rocked a fierce purple wedding dress at their nuptials — are expecting! Talk about a time to celebrate.
His Walking Dead counterpart may not have had the most uplifting of endings, but Yeun's love story definitely got its happily-ever-after this past weekend when he wed his photographer sweetheart on Saturday, December 3. The nuptials took place at Los Angeles, California's Paramour Estate, where the bride ditched the traditional white wedding dress, opting to walk down the alfresco aisle in a whimsical soft lilac gown. Pak completed her look with a boho fishtail braid and a lush bouquet.
"Getting to celebrate the love between these two, last night, along with all their friends and family was so beautiful and special!" the bride's sister captioned an Instagram snapshot of Pak and Yeun. Meanwhile, the groom's Walking Dead family was all accounted for, with Yeun's co-stars Andrew Lincoln (Rick), Chandler Riggs (Carl), Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori), Norman Reedus (Daryl), Melissa McBride (Carol), Danai Gurira (Michonne), Alanna Masterson (Tara), and Emma Bell (Amy) all there to celebrate. And it looks like the celebrations will only continue with the couple's latest joyous news.
Yeun has officially gone from a soon-to-be groom to a father-to-be. A source has confirmed to Us Weekly that Pak is pregnant and expecting her first little one with the AMC actor. The newlywed pair recently stepped out post-"I do," for lunch in L.A. on Monday, December 5, where Pak seemingly cradled her stomach in a multi-colored striped sweater. The mom-to-be's new hubby was also right by her side in a sweatshirt and baseball cap. No walkers in sight, but we definitely spy a mini baby bump!
