"Something New" Old Fashioned
"This is our play on the archetypical classic cocktail, the Old Fashioned. In this case, instead of simply using sugar, we make a syrup from Fino Sherry to add a drying, oxydized, and nutty note, and then do a blend of our favorite bourbon and rye whiskeys, balancing the sweetness with a hint of pepper on the end. This is an all-the-time cocktail—perfect for cocktail hour, reception, or dinner service." —Cody
