Night at the Dewsco
"This is a play on a classic French 75. However, we spun it around a bit. We take honeydew melon and wildflower honey, then make a cordial. Along with a Peruvian Pisco, lemon juice, and a sparkling wine, the froth on this cocktail is distinct and holds well for a groovy experience. We think the following quote (taken from Francine Pascal's book Too Good to Be True) is a perfect tie-in to this cocktail: 'She imagined herself whirling breathlessly beneath the flashing lights of some impossibly chic Manhattan disco. Suddenly, a hand touches her arm. She turns. "Pardon me," Mick Jagger says, "I believe this next dance is mine."'" —Cody
