Champagne Cobbler

"A beautifully effervescent take on the century-old Cobbler recipe, featuring the ultimate in wedding beverages: champagne! By simply adding some citrus twists and sugar cane syrup to champagne over crushed ice, then swizzling it all together, you have the perfect greeting cocktail." —Cody

Recipe

  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • Orange twist
  • Lemon twist
  • Champagne

Add simple syrup, express oils from lemon/orange twist into a pint glass, drop twists into glass, add crushed ice to about 1⁄2 inch below the rim of the glass and fill with Prosecco. Swizzle. Add a small layer of crushed ice to make a bed for the Peychauds. Add 5 to 7 dashes of Peychauds and swizzle to create a layered effect. Finish by topping with crushed ice, mint sprig, and berries. "
