Recipe by Kathryn Weatherup, owner of Weather Up in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Austin, Texas.
“Kathryn Weatherup embraces DIY syrups and fancy seasonings in her cocktails. No wonder, then, that this twist on a margarita seems simple but packs a punch. Cilantro and orange blossom bloom while lime and that flakey Aleppo pepper add some welcome zest. With tequila as the lone spirit, this one’s ideal for imbibing at the rehearsal dinner fiesta.” —Patrick
