Let the festivities begin! After what seems like decades of leaked planning tidbits, hints at bridal style and other drool-worthy details, Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello's wedding weekend has finally arrived. The absurdly gorgeous couple has been together for nearly a year and now they're set to wed this weekend in a star-studded celebration that will surely rival any award show after party. And, lucky us, the wedding events have already begun.
Self-proclaimed bridezilla Vergara and her hunky fiancé Manganiello kicked off their Thanksgiving wedding weekend Thursday afternoon with a glamorous cocktail party on South Florida's private Breakers Palm Beach, E! News reports.
The twosome's highly anticipated nuptials are expected to bring in a slew of the couple's A-list friends — more than 100 hotel rooms, and 50 private homes, have been booked at the breathtaking Palm Beach venue. "I want a wedding where the guests are going to have fun — It's about creating memories that you're always going to cherish. That's what's important," the actress said about the celebration.

Details from the alleged wedding of the year have already been circulating, further escalating the anticipation. The dashing duo's wedding invitation, which was first revealed through Hello! Magazine, shows an elegantly simple, crisp white invite, brimming with refinement. Vergara told Us Weekly that "it cost around $7 to mail each one!" The bride-to-be is also rumored to wear a "custom-made, fairy-tale frock" by Beirut-born designer, Zuhair Murad while walking down the aisle.
When it came to popping the question, Manganiello went the extra mile to propose in Vergara's native language, Spanish! "I had a big speech in Spanish, and that's what I was nervous about," the Magic Mike XXL star explained on Live! with Kelly and Michael. "The last thing you want to do is like mess up the Spanish on the proposal to the Colombian woman."
Manganiello's super sweet speech which included, "Eres mi todo," translates to, "You are my everything," in English. The couple celebrated their engagement by partying at the Soho House in West Hollywood back in May. Vergara's son shared a photo of the special moment, after Manganiello's romantic dinner speech, with the comical caption, "Congratulations to these two ugly people. It's so sad, but luckily they have me to aspire to, physically."
