Sharon Stone rang in her 60th birthday on Saturday, and might also be celebrating another major milestone this weekend: Her engagement.
The Basic Instinct star hung out in Miami Beach on Friday afternoon with her boyfriend, Italian real estate mogul Angelo Boffa, who may have given her an extra-special bday gift in the form of a diamond ring. Stone was spotted with a, well, stone on her left hand, which means there could be wedding bells in her future.
The ring, which you can see a photo of here appears to be an emerald cut diamond on a simple platinum band. Even in the zoomed in paparazzi photos, it’s clear that it is a very sparkly gem, no KiraKira required.
Stone and Boffa were first spotted together back in January showing some serious PDA at an event in NYC, People reports, and were all smooches and smiles on the beach in Miami this weekend, too. If the new bling means what we think it does, this would be Stone’s third marriage. She was married to TV producer Michael Greenburg from 1984 to 1990, and to Phil Bronson, an executive editor at The San Francisco Chronicle from 1998 to 2003.
In a 2017 interview, Stone opened up about what she was looking for in her future relationships, noting at that time that she was happy to be on her own until she found the right person. “At this point, I get more satisfaction — physically, spiritually, emotionally — from a smile, a laugh, a warm conversation or a really sexy look,” she said. “You know the way a man can look at you? Where you know he really sees you? I don’t want to be with someone unless it’s like that.”
If her new piece of jewelry is any indication, it looks like she may have found something just like that.
