I've been on a bit of a "rustic" kick—weddings at farms, barns, and ranches usually have a relaxed-yet-elegant vibe that I love. This cake, by UK-based Anna Tyler Cakes, would be be the perfect dessert to complement a rustic-themed celebration. Each tier of the buttercream-frosted cake is wrapped in a swatch of burlap and embellished with cream-colored cotton ribbon. The look is simple yet chic, and is likely much less expensive than traditional cake decorating techniques.
