Most weddings take months, if not years, of planning. From dozens of wedding dress fittings, to waiting on fully-booked venues, saying "I do" can really take awhile to pull off. (We really don't have to tell you that there's plenty to do!) But it looks like being a multi-billionaire can definitely pull some strings. After just a five-month courtship and less than a two-month engagement, media mogul Rupert Murdoch and former-model (and ex-wife to Mick Jagger) Jerry Hall are married. Meanwhile, it usually takes us two months just to figure out what flavor cake we like...
There's no time to waste when you're in love! The pair first went public with their relationship in October of last year, after being spotted sharing a kiss at the Rugby World Cup final in London. Then in January, the couple went official, announcing their engagement with a formal newspaper notice in The Times. Feels like just yesterday... But nonetheless, Murdoch and Hall are officially man and wife, after saying their "I dos" in a sweet civil ceremony at London's Spencer House.
This is technically the first marriage for the bride, after her Bali ceremony with Mick Jagger back in 1990 was deemed invalid. As for the groom, this is his fourth time down the aisle, but according to his most recent tweet, this one has made him "the luckiest and happiest man in world."

After making it official, the high-profile pair stepped out to greet the paparazzi. Hall, in a cream trench coat and opaque black tights, and Murdoch in a crisp, navy suit. Not your typical wedding day attire, but it simply made the bride's 20-carat marquise-cut ring (that she couldn't help show off as she oh-so-casully brushed back her blonde locks) all the more extravagant. With a just a handful of guests, the couple headed a post-nuptials brunch soon after the ceremony.

According to The Daily Mail, the newlyweds plan to host a much bigger bash this weekend with the couples' ten children (from previous relationships) all attending. Their daughters will be serving as bridesmaids at this later "ceremony of celebration," which will be hosted at St. Bride's Church on London's Fleet Street. "[It] will be very much a family event for both of them," the presider of the service, Rev. Canon Dr. Alison Joyce, told People.
British designer Vivienne Westwood reportedly crafted the dress Hall will don for this second ceremony, so we just know the couture frock is bound to be gorgeous. And with all those flashing cameras, it'll have to be! (That's what happens when you marry a media mogul!)
