Tiera Skovbye may have had to say goodbye to her on-screen love in Riverdale, but she's headed for a lifetime of romance and happiness IRL. The actress who plays Polly Cooper on the hit CW series announced her engagement yesterday to Jameson Parker, and the exciting news came with plenty of adorable photos.
The 22-year-old took to Instagram to share photos of herself "flipping off" the camera with her ring finger, as well as pictures of her and Jameson looking as happy as can be. "This weekend was something out of a dream," Skovbye wrote while describing her proposal story. It turns out that Parker popped the big question in his childhood bedroom at home, completely catching her off guard. The actress notes that she's "really hard to surprise," so it sounds like her fiancé did a pretty good job of keeping the proposal a secret.
"We got to spend the rest of the weekend hanging out on the lake with both of our families and it was absolutely wonderful," Skovbye continued. "I'm over the 🌙 happy."
As noted by E! News, Skovbye and Parker have been together for over two years, and they recently worked together on the film Summer of '84. Congratulations to the happy couple!
