After many unconfirmed rumors of her pregnancy made their way across the Internet, multiple sources have confirmed to E! News that the The Notebook actress is expecting, though a rep for McAdams has yet to confirm.
The actress tends to keep most of her private life, well, private, but has stayed particularly under the radar in recent months, fueling the pregnancy suspicions. McAdams didn't attend Wednesday's movie premiere of her latest comedy, Game Night, whereas her costars Jason Bateman, Kyle Chandler, and Michael C. Hall all attended the event and walked the red carpet at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood, California.
Additionally, McAdams was recently photographed in a Toronto airport wearing a baggy, oversized jacket. (Can't a girl rock a comfy sweatshirt in this town without pregnancy rumors swirling?!) She was also spotted holding hands with screenwriter Jamie Linden, 37, in the summer of 2016, giving fans a hint that they may be a couple, though the two rarely appear in public together and have yet to make their red carpet debut as a duo.
McAdams has yet to personally confirm the news herself, but has spoken in the past about her excitement to become a mother. "Having a few [kids] would be great," she told PEOPLE way back in 2009. She added, "My mom is a great inspiration to me...She's a nurse and very nurturing and gentle. She lets me be who I am. Hopefully I can take on those qualities and be as great as her."
Additionally, the actress told Marie Claire in an interview that she wanted to have kids "at some point." Could that some point be now? Guess we'll just have to wait and see!
