Congratulations are in order for Queer Eye star Karamo Brown!
The "culture expert" proposed to his boyfriend of eight years, Ian Jordan, at a surprise 40th birthday party in West Hollywood on Wednesday night. He reportedly got down on one knee with engraved David Yurman bands, one black and one silver (he reportedly got a matching set for himself), and popped the question. "I hope we can conquer the world together for the rest of our lives. Ian Lamont Jordan, will you marry me?" he asked with tears streaming down his cheeks, Entertainment Tonight reports.
"Tonight, with the help of my sons, I asked the love of my life to marry me and he said YESSSS!" Brown told E! News. "He is my today, tomorrow and everything!"
Earlier in the day, Brown posted an adorable birthday tribute to his soon-to-be fiancé. "Happy birthday to the love of my life @theianjordan! I love you because of your heart, your humor but mostly because you don’t mind serving #GlamourShots realness w/ me anytime I ask. I pray today and this year brings you everything your heart desires. #HBD #40ish #TurnUp"
To make things even more special, Brown flew in Jordan's entire family to surprise him. Of course, the other members of Queer Eye's "Fab Five" — Bobby Berk, Tan France, Antoni Porowski, and Jonathan Van Ness — were also there to witness the happy occasion and celebrate the couple. "Fully crying," Van Ness said on his Instagram Stories, per E!. "He produced this so well."
"OMG!" France wrote on his own story. "I couldn't be happier for you, KK and Ian!"
"So, I just realized through all of Karamo and Ian's proposal I didn't post one video. It was almost like I wasn't there!" Berk said on his Instagram story after the event, E! adds. "I was so caught up in the moment that I just wanted to experience it in real life. I love you both. Congratulations!"
If Jordan's surprise party was any indication, the wedding between these two is bound to be seriously fabulous. The bash was decorated with flowers by Butterfly Floral & Event Design, and guests were treated to a cake by Charm City Cakes and tunes by DJ Lil Buddha, ET reports.
The most important question still needs to be answered, though: Will the Fab Five be groomsmen?!
