Just when you thought you’d seen every possible detail from Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra’s wedding there’s always more. The most recent news? A never-before-seen dress Chopra wore to one of her many receptions.
The actresses longtime stylist Mimi Cuttrell, posted two photos to Instagram of Chopara in a custom Dior gown. “Marry, merry!,” the caption read. “@priyankachopra x in custom @dior + drenched in sixteen carats of @chopard #styledbymimicuttrell.”
According to People, the former Miss World wore it to her second wedding reception after her traditional Hindu ceremony at the Umaid Bhawan Palace. The red ball gown features a sweetheart neckline, fitted bodice and tulle skirt. The look was complete with 16 carats of jewelry by Chopard, including a stunning choker necklace, a diamond headpiece and drop earrings.
This is reportedly what the bride changed into after her Hindu Ceremony, where she wore a custom lehenga by Indian designer Sabyasachi. According to People, the red skirt, top, and veil combo required 110 embroiders to make and took about 3,720 hours to finish. For the Christian Ceremony, Chopra wore a long-sleeve, high-neck Ralph Lauren gown, which took a 1,826 hours to hand-embroider, according to people. It was complete with 2,380,000 mother of pearl sequins and a 75-foot veil.
This bride didn’t stop there. Chopra and Jonas tied the knot on December 1 and have been celebrating all month long with multiple receptions and multiple dresses. In addition to the recently revealed Dior dress, the bride had three other reception looks. The first one she revealed was a champagne Falguni Shane Peacock lehenga choli, according to Elle, which she wore for her wedding reception in New Delhi's Taj Palace Hotel on December 4.
On December 19, the couple had another celebration for family and friends in Mumbai and rocked a royal blue and gold gown, again by Sabyasachi.
The most recent (and maybe final?) reception took place just a day later. Elle points out this reception was for Chopra's Bollywood friends and colleagues. She wore a stunning mint green, jewel-embroidered two-piece wedding dress set that was custom made for her by designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.
Now, Chopra and Jonas’ wedding month seems to be winding down. The Quantico star’s Instagram is slowly transitioning from glamorous wedding photos to quiet moments at home with Jonas family for the holidays.
