Just when you thought Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra were finally done with their over-the-top wedding festivities, the two celebrated yet another wedding reception on Wednesday in Mumbai, India—the same day as Kevin and Danielle Jonas's ninth wedding anniversary.
For their second wedding reception, which took place more than two weeks after the two tied the knot at the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India, the bride stunned in a dazzling royal blue and gold gown, which she accessorized with a diamond necklace. Her hubby donned a sharp gray suit for the affair. On Instagram, Chopra shared a romantic shot of herself and her husband at the celebration, writing in a caption, "And the party don’t stop.. ❤️🎉😝"
"It means so much to us that all of you came tonight," Chopra said to her guests at her reception, according to E! News. "This has been an extremely special chapter in my life and I wanted my husband to meet all of the special people that have contributed to it. So thank you so much for being here, friends of my parents, my mom, who's hosting this wonderful evening, my dad, who I know is here. Thank you so much for coming and giving us your blessings and I hope you have a wonderful time tonight, and this is my husband, Nick Jonas."
"This is my first show in India," Jonas jokingly told attendees during his speech. "Thank you all so much for coming out, it wasn't too far from here that I took Madhu [Chopra] out to lunch and asked her if I could marry her daughter," the groom reminisced, according to E!. "So to be here tonight with all of you, the people who have helped shape who she's become, means the world to me." He continued, "And all of you embracing me with such open arms. It's just unbelievable so thank you for that. Tonight is about celebrating and spending some time together."
The couple previously celebrated two wedding ceremonies: a Christian ceremony on December 1 and a Hindu ceremony on December 2. Following their first wedding celebration, the two embarked on a minimoon in Oman.
We can't imagine these two can celebrate any more, but we have a feeling this won't be their last wedding hoorah.
