Priscilla of Boston show designer gives us a sneak peek of the space
The semi-annual Priscilla of Boston October fashion show is quickly approaching, and this season the brand is excited to be returning to 583 Park Avenue. Priscilla of Boston show designer Robert Taylor, who has produced fashion shows for notable designers including Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein and Victoria's Secret, chose the space as much for its ambiance as its functionality.
"583 Park is such a beautiful venue," says Robert. "The historic architecture with its large open spaces feels rich and adds a luxurious ambiance that complements our collections. With six lines to show, our venue choice also has to serve many functions. We have a huge space here for hair and makeup, enough for 34 artists and 50 models, as well as separate backstage dressing areas for each designer. Check out our sneak peak of our site check yesterday, just wait until you see the transformation!"
