The Princes are ready to party—but reasonably, of course. Prince William is reportedly planning Prince Harry's bachelor party, or stag party as they call it across the pond, and we can't wait for this British bash to go down. Although, it doesn't sound like the royals are planning to get too crazy à la The Hangover. Here's what you can expect to see at Prince Harry's stag party.
A source recently spilled to Us Weekly that Prince William has allegedly been given the task of arranging his younger brother's stag party, and is planning a rather low-key event for the celebration. “Don’t expect anything wild,” the source told the gossip mag of Prince Harry's upcoming bash.
Prince William's newest Royal Wedding duty shouldn't come as too much of a surprise, as we previously learned that the elder Prince was reportedly already asked by Prince Harry to be his best man, also according to Us Weekly.
“Harry has several close guy friends, but there’s no way he would ask anyone but William to take on the top job,” a royal insider told Us.
Sounds like Prince William is returning the favor, as Prince Harry took on best man duties at the 2011 Royal Wedding, where Prince William tied the knot with Kate Middleton. A month before the nuptials took place, Prince Harry hosted his brother's stag party at a country estate along with the then-groom's close friends James Meade, Thomas van Straubenzee, and Guy Pelly, Will's office previously confirmed.
No word yet on who'll head Meghan Markle's bachelorette bash—or hen party. But when the royally-related Pippa Middleton tied the knot earlier this year, Kate Middleton attended the fab festivities. The Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa, and a few close gal pals headed to the French Alps for a weekend of skiing.
"Pippa loves skiing so it was her first choice for a hen weekend," a friend of the former bride-to-be dished to The Sun. "They stayed in a really exclusive catered chalet with maids and chef, who ensured that they were totally spoiled."
We're sure Meghan Markle's bash will be just as chic. It's a royal affair, after all!
