And while the wedding they're attending may not technically be a royal wedding, it sure sounds pretty fancy. According to the Daily Mail, the wedding between Prince Harry's friend Tom "Skippy" Inskip and literary agent the Hon. Lara Hughes-Young will be a three-day extravaganza at a glamorous resort in Montego Bay. Olympian Usain Bolt (whom Harry has met in the past) is also rumored to be making an appearance at the event.
Harry, 32, and Markle, 35, reportedly flew to Jamaica separately. The prince was coming from his home in the U.K., while the Suits actress was traveling from Toronto, where she resides. Local paper the Jamaica Observer reported that Prince Harry arrived at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica, on Wednesday afternoon.
The couple's attendance at the wedding is one of the more high-profile outings they've made since taking their relationship public; the pair have yet to step out together on any red carpets or at public events. After rumors began to fly of Harry and Markle's relationship, some media outlets were accused of harassing the actress. In response, Kensington Palace issued a statement on Nov. 8, 2016, confirming the relationship and asking the media to stop harassing Markle. But even though Harry and Markle have maintained a relatively low profile, they have been spotted in public on quite a few outings, including that time they bought a Christmas tree together in London in December. Awww.
The adorable twosome have been dating since last summer, and fans of the royal family have expressed excitement that Harry and Markle's relationship could mean another royal wedding in the near future. Perhaps this weekend's festivities will inspire them to take that next step too.
