An engagement announcement may come soon for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (we mean it this time). They arrived hand in hand (not to mention that they showed a bunch of PDA) at the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto last week, and family and friends believe the couple are on their way down the aisle. According to a new report, close pals are even picking out wedding outfits!
"While Meghan may not be wearing a ring or a formal engagement announced, it's fair to say they're as good as engaged now," a source told E! News. "They've spoken about their marriage plans openly with each other, and friends and family around them are pretty much thinking about wedding attire already!"
In a separate report from Us Weekly, friends believe the couple, who've been dating for about a year and a half, are secretly engaged. "I think it's already happened but they're holding the news back until she has finished on Suits," one source close to the couple told the publication. "I've never seen them happier. It's amazing."
Engagement rumors have been swirling around Harry and Markle for months. Rumors only increased after the couple vacationed in the exact same location in Africa where Prince William proposed to Kate Middleton. Shortly after, it was reported that the royal was working closely with a jeweler to craft a ring worthy of a princess.
If that weren't enough confirmation that an engagement is around the corner, Markle finally broke her silence on the relationship in the October issue of Vanity Fair. "We're two people who are really happy and in love," she said. "We're a couple. We're in love. I'm sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time. This is for us. It's part of what makes it so special, that it's just ours. But we're happy. Personally, I love a great love story."
