Just when you thought Prince Harry couldn't get any cuter, he out does himself. The royal dad-to-be made the sweetest remarks about his future baby with wife Meghan Markle during the 2018 Invictus Games Opening Ceremony on Saturday at the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia. The 34-year-old Duke and 37-year-old Duchess are expecting their little one in spring 2019, but that didn't stop Harry from gushing over his future family of three.

“First of all, thank you for the welcome you have given Meghan and I over the last few days,” he shared with the the crowd. “I have been so proud to be able to introduce my wife to you and we have been so happy to be able to celebrate the personal joy of our newest addition with you all.”

The couple made their exciting announcement to the public on Monday, October 15, when Kensington Palace confirmed the news in a statement. “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” Kensington Palace said. “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.

The Invictus Games, which are a Paralympic-style sporting event for wounded and recovering service members and veterans from around the world, are close to the couple's heart. Last year, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their official public debut as a couple at the Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada, making their PDA-filled tour this year even more meaningful.

The couple have spent the past week on their royal tour, stopping at countries including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Tonga. The mama-to-be has used the opportunity to proudly show of her growing baby bump and her maternity style (which we're already obsessed with.)
