Between all of the official visit hand-holding and the infamous polo match smooch, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's PDA has quickly become one of the internet's favorite things. And just when you thought it couldn't get any cuter (see: the aforementioned polo match smooch), a new video has surfaced to show them taking their affection to a whole new level of adorableness.
In a clip of the couple chatting with an honoree at the WellChild Awards held earlier this week, Harry is seen giving Meghan a sweet and subtle back rub. The video—captured by a fan Instagram account, which was discovered by Cosmopolitan—shows the Duke of Sussex placing his left hand around his wife's waist (with his gold wedding band fully visible!) and gently caressing her back over her black suit jacket. The whole episode goes on for a few glorious seconds, and she seems pretty unfazed by the casual touch. Meanwhile, the rest of us are absolutely swooning over it.

The newlyweds have been known to show off their fair share of public displays of affection, which one expert chalks up to their touchy-feely nature. "Meghan is used to being touchy-feely, and Harry is the same," Dickie Arbiter, a former spokesperson for the royal family, recently revealed. "Harry has always been tactile."
While most royals tend to go for a more hands-off approach, there's actually no official rule that says PDA is not OK. "There is no protocol that says they cannot show affection on official engagements, and this gesture makes them relatable and lovable to the public," Myka Meier, a royal etiquette expert and the founder and director of Beaumont Etiquette, told People.
Meghan and Harry's PDA wasn't the only cute moment to come out of their time at the WellChild Awards, which honors sick children and their caregivers, on Tuesday. A child named Matilda, who has spina bifida, gifted Meghan Markle with a bouquet of white roses. In true royal fashion, the duchess removed one of the roses and gave it back to Matlida to keep for her memory box. Then, Prince Harry made her "pinky promise" to never stop smiling.
Can't. Handle. The. Cuteness.
