After all the fervor of Royal Baby Watch 2018, the world has gotten its glimpse of the adorable newborn prince. And now that the littlest royal, who was born on April 23, is safe and sound in Kensington Palace with mom Kate Middleton and dad Prince William, the family of five is welcoming select visitors; Pippa Middleton has reportedly already met her newest nephew in person.
According to the Daily Mail, Middleton was spotted leaving the palace wearing a very chic all-pink outfit (perhaps in solidarity with Princess Charlotte, who now has two brothers but will keep her place in the royal line of succession), after reportedly spending two hours with the newborn, whose name has yet to be revealed.
Pippa, who is reportedly pregnant with her first child with husband James Matthews, seems to be one of the first people to meet the new royal, aside from big brother and sister Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Even Prince Charles reportedly has yet to visit the baby, though he will allegedly do so after returning from France on April 25. He told the Daily Mail today, "We are both so pleased at the news. It is a great joy to have another grandchild, the only trouble is I don't know how I am going to keep up with them."
Though Prince William may have slipped up just a few days before Kate gave birth by revealing that the couple was expecting a baby boy—after watching soccer player Jack Grealish score a winning goal in a recent match, the royal dad declared he would name the baby after the athlete—it seems there will be no leaks when it comes to the baby's name. We'll just have to wait for another town crier to announce that piece of news.
