Any couple that is busy with wedding planning can tell you what it means to have two uninterrupted days to knock tasks off of your to-do list. As you pull up your Pinterest boards and spreadsheets, click through beautiful real weddings, and scour the Internet for new ideas, we think it's time you give our real weddings video channel a look — you'd be hard pressed not to find some inspiration in these clips. Each week we've been spotlighting one of our favorite new love stories, and today's story comes courtesy of Meghan and Brad's winter wedding in Philadelphia.
The happy duo invited Cord 3 Films to join them as they said "I do" and capture memories of their big day the Down Town Club. If you're planning a winter wedding, then you'll definitely want to pay close attention to this sweet celebration. The big day kicks off with a classic Catholic ceremony where the couple exchanges traditional vows in a church decorated for the holidays. To keep with the theme, Meghan wears an ornate ball gown with a glamorous beaded bodice.

Once the reception kicks off, it's clear the seasonal theme didn't end with the ceremony. From their massive present-shaped wedding cake to holiday wreaths and centerpieces, this couple tastefully incorporated their theme throughout the day.
While the details are great, it's the sentimentality of this wedding that really shines. The best man starts his toasts with a laugh, but the father-of-the-bride leaves everyone in tears as he tells a story about running a marathon with his daughter just weeks before the wedding. "It's very metaphorical in that life's a marathon and we got to run the first half of the marathon with Meghan and Brad, you get to run the rest," he says.
