Fall Out Boy frontman Pete Wentz is going to be a dad again—and it’s a girl!
The "Dance, Dance" singer took to Instagram last night to announce that he and his girlfriend, model Meagan Camper, will be having their second child together. The photo features Wentz’s two sons, Saint, 3, and Bronx, 9 (whom he shares with ex-wife Ashlee Simpson). The adorable brothers posed together, sitting on a set of stairs while sporting flannel shirts and holding a small pink gift box with a bow.
"Happy New Year!" the photo’s caption read. "We’re kicking the year off with news of the best gift yet: 👧🏻 coming to our family in 2018…love Pete, Meagan, Bronx and Saint." Congrats to these two big brothers for gaining a new baby sister! Based on their levels of cuteness, we have no doubt the next Wentz baby will follow suit. Plus, it doesn’t hurt when your mom’s a model.
Following his divorce from Simpson, the 38-year-old rock star started dating Camper in 2011. The duo had their first child in 2014, Saint, who Wentz called his "favorite little human tornado" on Instagram. Simpson has since married Evan Ross, Diana Ross’s son. They share a two-year-old daughter, Jagger.
Wentz isn’t shy about showing the love for his sons via social media. For Bronx’s ninth birthday in November, Wentz proudly shared a photo of the birthday boy seated behind his glorious green cake. "To me you are an Oracle, a wishing well, an adventure, old magic, new dreams," he captioned the post.
He also shared a candid video of the three of them playfully spraying each other with silly string two weeks ago. Fittingly enough, they happened to use pink silly string, so it looks like they’re ready for a girl addition to the fam.
The Wentz gents also make frequent appearances on Camper’s personal Instagram. She posted a photo of the three boys from behind in October, captioning it "My ❤️."
Based on Wentz’s apparent adoration for his current children, we know his baby girl will melt the whole family’s hearts and hopefully be the new star of his Instagram posts (sorry, Bronx and Saint). Congrats to the happy little family!
