Nothing says romance like Pennywise the clown!
When TV writer and Buzzfeed staffer Jesse McLaren was asked by his sister to shoot her engagement photos, he realized this was the opportunity to pull a brotherly prank that he just could not pass up. Instead of simply taking a few romantic shots for the future bride and groom, McLaren used his Photoshop savvy to sneak Stephen King's most notorious villain into their photos—and the results are actually terrifying.
On Sunday night, McLaren uploaded the shots from his sister's engagement shoot with the caption, "My sister asked me to shoot her engagement pics so I hid Pennywise the Clown in every photo. Countdown until she notices."
Yeah, we think she'll notice pretty soon.
This isn't McLaren's first foray into the world of Photoshop pranks. The social media star has more than 13,600 followers on his Instagram account, where he shares his other photo editing works of art—including some very interesting photos of President Trump with long blonde hair.
Though McLaren has yet to confirm whether his sister has noticed his creepy (but hilarious) prank, his tweet has amassed nearly 85,000 likes and more than 25,000 retweets in less than 24 hours—but we're guessing that by now, she's probably caught wind of it. (Pun intended.) We hope for McLaren's sake that this bride has a good sense of humor—or can at least appreciate that the prank is just in time for Halloween.
Let's just cross our fingers that McLaren at least has the unedited versions somewhere, otherwise his sister will likely go all-out Pennywise on him.
