According to reports, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are just days away from saying their I do's. Assumedly, the invitations have been sent, the wedding dress found, and the venue set to welcome guests—guests who should consider themselves lucky, as this bride and groom are tying the knot in one of the most incredible venues in the world: the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India. Jealous?
The palace—which is one of the largest residences in the world and the primary residence of the Jodhpur royal family—includes 347 rooms, a throne chamber, an enormous banquet hall, more private dining halls, a ball room, a billiards room, a library, four tennis courts, two squash courts and an indoor swimming pool and spa. Phew!
The stunning palace sits on 26 acres of land and includes so much more than just lavish interiors. The property also has multiple outdoor pools, and features 15 acres of gardens.
Last week, following the couple's respective bachelor and bachelorette parties, Chopra and Jonas landed in India, presumably for their wedding. On November 22, Jonas posted a photo on Instagram of himself flying above New York City with the caption, "See you later NYC..." Shortly after, his bride shared her own shot, captioned "Welcome home baby... 😍."
Reports claim that the two will wed on December 2nd in a Hindu wedding ceremony. According to a handful of Indian news outlets, Jonas and Chopra have booked pre-wedding events for November 29th and 30th (first the sangeet ceremony, followed by the mehendi function) that will lead up to their wedding day.
With the ceremony just days away, we are on the edges of our seats waiting for more details of their wedding. But with a backdrop like this, the couple's nuptials are bound to be picture-perfect.
