Palm Springs got a little Awkward when one of the stars of the MTV hit and her beau took over to tie the knot. Awkward actress Molly Tarlov married Honor Society drummer Alexander Noyes in a SoCal ceremony on Saturday, March 4, 2017. And with tons of quirky details and lush blooms at every turn, the wedding was full of amazing inspo we guarantee you're going to want to steal. (Hopefully, these famous newlyweds won't mind.)

After Tarlov got engaged in June 2015 to her longtime love, the road to the altar—i.e., endless wedding planning—wasn't necessarily an easy one, she says. Preach, girl. "We had a lot of mishaps, and more than that, I couldn't believe we put ourselves through all this stress when we could've gone to the courthouse and gotten a pizza!" the actress told People magazine. "But it was all worth it, of course!"

We'd say! After all that planning craziness, the day ended up being beyond-words gorgeous. The outdoor ceremony space, at Palm Springs's Colony 29, was covered with countless pink roses, fitting in with the couple's unique cactus-and-rose theme—which had an adorbs little symbol meant to represent this cutesy couple. "The most fun were the little things we stumbled upon deciding to do that really reflect us, like the cactus and rose logo," said Tarlov. "I, of course, had a lot of fun putting pink roses anywhere possible!"

The bride floated down the open-air aisle in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress, complete with lace bell sleeves and an Amaroq Design veil. "My husband was beaming when I came down the aisle. When I looked at him, it was just like my teammate was once again standing there waiting for me at the end of the road," she remembers.

Tarlov complemented her bridal look with a unique high ponytail and later changed into another off-the-shoulder frock for the reception. "It was fun, and I realized I had rarely, if ever, seen it on a bride before!" Tarlov said of her hairstyle. "Initially, I was going to do half-up, half-down, but we put it in a high pony during the hair trial and realized that was the way it was gonna go down! It felt like an updated version of Barbie's ponytail."

The guest list touted tons of famous names, like Tarlov's Awkward costars Jillian Rose Reed, Brett Davern, and Greer Grammer, The Mindy Project's Xosha Roquemore, and Eli Roth—who even snapped a pic of his wedding favor (an enamel lapel pin with a cactus and a rose) for the 'Gram!

The reception space was outfitted with pink-hued lounges and tablescapes full of single-stem roses. The signature cocktail of the night? A pretty mix of vodka, cranberry, lemon, and rose petals. Yum!

The couple then took their first wedded spin around the black-and-white-checkered dance floor to the Zombies' "This Will Be Our Year."

"We chose it because I woke up one morning with 'Time of the Season' stuck in my head, so we put it on. Then we let Spotify keep playing and when we heard the song, we both knew it was going to be ours," Tarlov explained to People.

One of our fave details of the day? The couple incorporated their theme into their photo booth, blanketing the snapshot space with a fun backdrop featuring a cactus-and-rose-filled print. So creative!

"It's a strange thing to invite people to a giant party celebrating you!" said Tarlov. "I was also most excited about the same thing, though, to throw a party for everyone we love, past, present, and celebrate our future."
