Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are both quick to shower parenting compliments on one another. And while they finally tied the knot on July 4, these two have been totally enamored with daughter Wyatt Isabelle ever since she was born this past October. When it comes to being a dad, Mila explained in a recent interview with UK paper The Telegraph, Kutcher's claim to fame is none-other than always volunteering to change diapers.
"My husband is an incredibly hands-on dad," the actress said of new hubby Kutcher. "When my child was born, I was breast-feeding and he said, 'That's your connection, I want to change every diaper.'"
In fact, he's so great at his job, that he's taken up advocating for changing stations in men's bathrooms. Back in March, he posted his grievances to Facebook for all fellow hands-on dads like himself. "When we're in public, if it's a pee-pee diaper you can change her at the table, but if it's a poo-poo diaper you don't want to affect the people eating," Kunis explained. "So he's like, 'Err, I guess I'm going to the ladies' room to do it.'"
Both extremely socially active in promoting change, aside from gender-neutral baby changing stations, Kunis says that she and her former That '70s Show costar are self-proclaimed Democrats, and would like to see a woman as president. "I would love her to have a woman [in the White House]," Kunis commented of the upcoming election. "To think, 'If there's a woman president, what is there that I can't do?'"
For this family's future, you can expect more themed Halloween costumes to come. "For Halloween, we do family outfits," Kunis adorably recalled. "It makes everyone go crazy...Last year I dressed [my daughter] as a pig. I went as a pig. And my husband went as a pig." We can only imagine what cute idea they'll come up with for this year!
And, while she didn't comment much about her recent wedding and low-key honeymoon to Yosemite, she did shed some light on why they chose that rather laidback destination.
"My husband and I always backpack through Europe," Kunis revealed "We were in Belgium recently, and we thought, 'Let's go straight to the airport and get on a flight to Spain.' We can just pick up and go."
