The royal couple attended a performance of Hamilton on Wednesday night in London in support of Harry’s Sentebale charity, posing for photos with the cast following the show. The group was all smiles, but you may have missed an adorable touchy-feely moment between everyone's favorite newlyweds. While the rest of us were busy admiring Markle's statement-making tuxedo dress, Harry had protectively placed his hand on her waist. It was equal parts subtle and sweet, and now that you've noticed it, it's going to be hard to stop staring.
All in all, it was an A+ night at the theatre for Meghan and Harry: Not only did they reportedly love the show, but Harry even dabbled in a little Hamilton karaoke onstage after curtain call.
Though there are certain rules associated with royal couples and PDA, Meghan and Harry have shown time and time again that they simply don't care. "They are not afraid to hold hands. They don't mind showing their emotions," Mark Stewart, a longtime royal photographer, recently said. Dickie Arbiter, a former spokesperson for the royal family, agreed, noting, "Meghan is used to being touchy-feely, and Harry is the same." He added, "Harry has always been tactile." Throughout their courtship, Meghan and Harry were seen holding hands in seemingly every country in the U.K. And who could forget the steamy kiss they shared after his win at the Sentebale ISPS Handa Polo Cup?
If royal PDA is wrong, we don't want Meghan and Harry to be right.
