BEN STANSALL
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have everyone feeling frenzied as we eagerly wait for royal baby updates. Over the weekend, people went into panic-mode after seeing news about an ambulance parked in front of Frogmore Cottage, where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex live. That was reportedly a false alarm, so eagle-eyed fans have now started examining other sources for baby intel, and they've recently decided they may have unearthed a clue on the royal website.
According to The Express, the hint lies on www.royal.uk. The royal children all have their own pages associated with the url. For example, Prince Louis's page is https://www.royal.uk/princelouis and includes details of his birth as well as photos of Kate Middleton and Prince William holding him outside of St Mary's Hospital. So, it seems that some curious Internet users started experimenting with name combinations to see if there might be any indicators of what Meghan and Harry are thinking for their child.
What they found was that if you try most any other name, like https://www.royal.uk/princeeric, you get a "page not found" error. However, three boys' names have a different result: Prince Arthur, Prince James, and Prince Alexander all redirect back to the main royal U.K. homepage, making some people guess those pages may be reserved or one might be potentially scheduled to go live once the baby is born.
Of course, this is all just speculation. It's not clear if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle themselves know the gender—some reports suggest they know it's a boy while others say they want to keep it all a surprise. However, as Meghan's due date creeps closer and closer, people have issued their guesses about both the royal addition's name and gender. As far as girl names go, Elizabeth and Diana have all shot to the top of betting lists in the U.K., according to People.
Despite all the anticipation building up, the only thing to do is keep waiting until the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are ready to share the news, which hopefully is any day now.
