Last week, Meghan Markle's friends hosted what may be the most lavish baby shower in history for their duchess bestie. From its penthouse suite venue to its A-list guests, the prebaby bash was fit for royalty. But even though the duchess was the one receiving the gifts, she didn't forget to give back to her guests by thanking them with the chicest goodie bags.

Following her February 20 event at the Mark in New York City, Meghan gave her guests (including stars like Serena Williams and Amal Clooney) a Cuyana tote bursting with some of her favorite beauty products. According to People, the bag included Jo Malone’s Green Tomato Leaf scented candle, Tatcha's Rice Enzyme Powder and Susanne Kaufmann's Body Butter as well as various products from Honest Beauty and Rodin. The goodie bag was valued at over $428.

During the shower, the duchess and her guests enjoyed a flower arranging class, which they later gifted to pediatric cancer patients at Ronald McDonald House Charities of New York, as well as other charities through the Repeat Roses organization. The guests sipped on mocktails throughout the affair and enjoyed a bespoke menu prepared by the hotel's head chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, People reports.

And on Wednesday, Us Weekly reported that the duke and duchess know the sex of their baby, revealing it to the guests at the baby shower. The source claimed that the royal couple is expecting a boy, but the two will likely stick with royal tradition and won't reveal the sex until Meghan gives birth sometime in April. However, Meghan's friend and former Suits costar arrived at her shower with a baby blue gift bag, and we can't help but wonder if that was a sneaky clue.
