For their wedding, Brianna and Jon searched for a rustic-looking venue and fell in love with the Vehe Barn. "It truly was a blank canvas that allowed me to exact my vision," Brianna says. The bride wore a custom English tulle gown by Monica Freng and carried a bouquet of Queen Anne's lace and ranunculuses. "I wanted the bouquet to look as if I had picked the flowers myself," she says.
During the 2 p.m. ceremony, Brianna and Jon exchanged vows on a field adjacent to the barn. Vases filled with wildflowers and paper flowers that Brianna had fashioned from vintage romance novel pages were on display during the ceremony. The reception was held inside the barn, which was adorned with soft muslin drapes and hanging mason jars filled with candles. "We wanted the reception to feel like an intimate dinner party," says Brianna.
