Could 'NSync alum Lance Bass and his husband, Michael Turchin, be any sweeter? The blissful lovebirds took to Instagram to gush over each other, trading adorable message in celebration of their one year wedding anniversary!
The dashing duo, who officially tied the knot at the Park Plaza Hotel in downtown Los Angles one-year-ago, celebrated their first anniversary with an assembly of heartfelt messages that outlined the couple's joyous first year of marriage. The former boy-bander kicked-off the touching messages by posting a illustrated flipbook on Instagram, documenting the couple's breakthrough moments. Bass also captioned the sweet video, "Happy 1 year anniversary to the love of my life @michaelturchinart!!! I want to relive that night over and over again!"
Bass also shared a side-by-side collage of the couple, and their adorably furry housemates, with the caption, "HappyAnniversary to @MichaelTurchinArt!!!" As well as a regram of a fan account's tribute to the couple with the lyrics from Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling in Love."
Turchin also got in on the posting fun by sharing a sweet black-and-white snapshot of him and his hubby with the caption, "Happy 1 year anniversary to my partner in crime, best friend, and the love of my life @lancebass." Could these two get any cuter?
The doting couple formerly made headlines by becoming the first same-sex couple to tie the knot in a public American broadcast in their TV special, "Lance Loves Michael: The Lance Bass Wedding." Bass further commented on his legendary nuptials by shouting out to his sweetheart hubby, "He's very supportive of me, and totally understands what I'm going though." The BRIDES guest blogger also added, "If I didn't have him, if I didn't have that partner, I would probably be going crazy right now."
Before tying the knot in the TV changing 90-minute special, Bass talked to BRIDES about his first encounter with his now hubby and how it lead the two into a once-in-a-lifetime relationship. "Michael and I met in Palm Springs almost four years ago at a birthday party, which was strange because we have the exact same friend group but didn't know each other. Right away, I knew I wanted to get to know him." Bass continued by saying, "It was a situation where I knew right away that I wanted to be friends with him, but I had no idea it would lead to a romantic relationship."
What's next for this power couple? Bass recently spilled to Meredith Vieira about his desire to start a family! "I can't wait to be a dad myself just because I would love to know what that selflessness feels like," the former bandmate told Vieira on her daytime talk show, The Meredith Vieira Show. Bass also voiced his passion for having children with Turchin in the next few years saying, "One of the reasons I wanted to marry him was because I want to start a family."
We can't wait to see what's next for this adorable twosome. Congrats Lance and Michael!
