Since Kylie Jenner turned 18 this summer, rumors of the reality star's engagement to her rapper boyfriend Tyga have been majorly swirling — and the pair has definitely done their fair share of amplifying them via social media. But the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to her website Thursday night to clear the air, explaining that Tyga was merely mocking a video he discovered on Instagram.
"He was making fun of an Instagram that he posted like 30 minutes before," Jenner explained, according to E! News. "He knew there was this guy who was on Instagram, where he found this funny little video and it's of this guy doing an interview and he's like, 'I don't like nobody. I just play with my fiancé and my little dog.'"
In the video that sparked the rumors in the first place, Tyga said, "I don't f--k with nobody. It's just me, my fiancé and the dog I just got. I don't f--k with nobody."
It only took that one video — well, and that outrageous engagement ring-esc selfie that Jenner posted this summer — for the Internet to blow up over the possibility of another Kardashian wedding. But a source close to the family clarified that the couple, while serious, are not set to tie the knot.
The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner klan's rapidly growing social media presence has added some serious fire to the flames of these rumors. Her Internet following has even come to rival that of her big sis Kim Kardashian, who is actually thrilled to share the spotlight with the littlest Jenner. "I love it, like, I love it," Kim said during Kylie's live stream. "I need some time off. I mean honey, let's be real, you've got to put in a few more years before you actually dethrone me. But I give my baton to you. Who better to pass on knowledge to my baby sister, rather than a random, non-family member."
