Game of Thrones will soon be over and we will finally know who will reign on the Iron Throne. The final season doesn't start airing until April 14 on HBO, but in the meantime we are all getting a chance to see our favorite stars from the show as they make the rounds on the talk show circuit. Since they basically can't tell the world anything about what's going to happen onscreen, fans are learning fun facts about their lives outside of Westeros.
Take Kit Harington, who plays Jon Snow, talking about his wedding to former costar Rose Leslie (who played Ygritte) on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Any GoT fan knows that one of the show's most famous lines is spoken by Leslie to Harington: "You know nothing, Jon Snow."
Fallon asked Harington if that's the line that gets shouted at him on the street most often. That would be a yes, and doubly so because of who his wife is. "I hate it when people say it," he said. But apparently even his own brother was able to sneak the reference into the best man speech at Harington and Leslie's wedding last summer at a castle in Scotland.
"My brother managed to get it into the end of my best man speech," Harington recounted. "It was quite sweet, actually." He said, 'But looking at the woman you're marrying, it shows you do know something, Jon Snow,' which is sweet."
Awwww, that is a very sweet twist on the quote—and surely all the other cast members, like Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams, agreed.
Watch it yourself, starting around the 1:49-minute mark.
