Just a few weeks ago, fans were shocked when Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom announced that they had decided to call off their divorce, giving their marriage another go. But despite this new development, the reality star is making it clear that "intimacy" is no longer a part of their marriage.
"I'm still married for a multitude of reasons, but intimacy is not one of them," Kardashian told NBC at the signing for her book Strong Looks Better Naked.
"I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now," she also told People at the signing. "There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."
Their tumultuous relationship seemed to reach its final end this July, when the two signed their divorce papers. The shocking news of them calling off their dissolution came just days after Odom, 36, was found unconscious in Nevada following a drug overdose. According to People, the basketball star was in a coma for four days, with the Kardashian sister by his side throughout. During Odom's health crisis. Kardashian's attorney successfully asked a Los Angeles judge to dismiss their divorce filing.

She also told NBC that she visits with Odom daily at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, which he is receiving world-class care. "[He]'s doing better every day for sure — which is a blessing — but it's going to be a long road. And he has to walk that road. He has to walk that road, it's going to be a long time." She also said that, for now, she's shielding Odom from much of the outside world: "He doesn't have social media. He doesn't have his cell phone, he doesn't watch the news or anything like that, so he is aware from what I tell him or the messages that I give him — all positive and filtered things of course."
Even though they've had their issues — namely Odom's drug use — there seems to have always been an enduring bond between these two. In a November 2014 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloé admitted: "If I had my way I would still be married to Lamar. Like even right now, today, I wish I was still married to him."
