You may recall Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's marriage as, well ... messy. But hindsight is 20/20 right? Especially for K-Fed, who admits that, though, they may have had their own set of troubles, he only has fond words for his pop-icon ex.
"That time, it's like a whirlwind," Federline told Access Hollywood Live hosts Billy Bush and Kit Hoover of his three-year marriage to Spears. "You know, you're thrown into this limelight...Everything kinda happened."
Of course, despite the star's epic breakdown in 2007, two amazing things came from their time together: their adorable sons Sean and Jayden. "I mean, it was a good time in my life," the dancer remembered fondly. "We have two beautiful children. The way that everything has turned out, everybody's happy. Co-parenting is going great. I can't complain."

Co-parenting must be tough, especially with doing her show Britney in Vegas. Of the back-and-forth Federline says they still work it all out and try hard to accommodate their careers. "I had to work this weekend and go to Orange County...so they went to Vegas," he explained. "And when she has to do something and I need to keep the kids, it just works out well."
"We talk when we need to, and it's always about the boys — mostly school stuff and making sure we stay on top of that," he continued. "It's going great. I'm in a happy place right now."
Happy place indeed! Federeline remarried volleyball player Victoria Prince and they have two daughters together. Spears, too, seems to be on the up and up. Her relationship with boyfriend Charlie Ebersol has escalated quickly, and they could very well get married soon.
