The Duggar family has grown once again. (Will it ever stop?) Counting On stars Joy-Anna Duggar and husband Austin Forsyth have just announced the exciting news that they have welcomed their first child—a baby boy—into the world.

“We are blessed beyond measure with the arrival of our son, Gideon Martyn Forsyth,” the couple told PEOPLE magazine. “Looking at our child for the first time was such an incredible moment! God is so good, and we are so thankful.” The healthy baby boy was born on February 23 at 3:39 p.m., measuring in at 22 inches long and weighing 10 lbs., 3 oz.

Parents Joy-Anna, 20, and Austin, 24, first met when Austin's family moved to Arkansas and joined the Duggars' church. In November 2016, Joy-Anna announced on the TLC special, Counting On: Jinger’s Wedding that she had entered into a courtship with Forsyth. The two then tied the knot at Cross Church in Rogers, Arkansas, on May 17, 2017, just three months after their engagement. Fans were later able to watch the wedding for themselves in a special two-hour episode of their TLC show—which included footage of the couple's first kiss.

The reality TV stars first revealed their exciting baby news in late August, when they announced to PEOPLE that they were expecting their first child together.

“We’re so happy and thankful to announce that we’re expecting a baby!” Joy-Anna said in the interview. “Every child is such a precious gift from God. I’m most looking forward to watching Austin as a dad and raising children together with him.”

Both mom and baby are said to be doing well. Congrats, Duggar family!
