She made the announcement on Instagram and included a photo of the moment Biscardi popped the question. "I’m completely overwhelmed with happiness. Yesterday was the best day of my life! I get to marry my other half, best friend and soulmate," she wrote in the caption. "❤️ I look forward to spending the rest of my life with you @_biscardi I love you!! #Fiance #MrsBiscardi 💍💍💍 #Stillcryingtearsofhappiness"
"I am beyond excited to get to marry my best friend! Here’s to the future Mr. & Mrs. Biscardi 💍🥂," Biscardi wrote in his own post.
Giancola's friends from down the shore also chimed in with their congratulations for the happy couple. "Omg omg omg !!!! I'm so freaking happy for you," Jennifer "JWoww" Farley commented per E!. "FINALLY !!! Congrats love," Angelina Pivarnick wrote. Nothing yet from Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi LaValle but we're sure she'll be chiming in soon. One person who may not be quick with the well wishes is Giancola's ex Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. The couple's tumultuous relationship played out on Jersey Shore's first MTV run and Ortiz-Magro's recent romantic problems have been a major plot point of the show's reboot—which Giancola opted not to participate in.
"I have chosen not to join the show this season because I am at a completely different place in my life right now focusing on my businesses and relationship," she wrote about the decision on Instagram a year ago. "I am not the same person as I was when I was 22. At 31, I am currently extremely happy in every aspect of my life and want to avoid potentially TOXIC SITUATIONS."
Looks like her choices have paid off. Congrats to the couple—is it too much to ask for a filmed Jersey Shore reunion at the wedding?
