To celebrate Jennifer Aniston's engagement to Justin Theroux, Brides asked some of the biggest names in bridal design to sketch wedding dresses befitting everyone's favorite 'Friend.'
Given her envy-inducing body, it would be easy to mistake Jennifer Aniston "for a bombshell surfer-girl in her twenties" warns designer Hayley Paige, who envisioned an ivory bias-cut charmeuse gown for the "effortless, understated, and so unbelievably cool" star. Noting the versatility of Aniston's figure, Paige gravitated toward a slinky 1930s-style silhouette similar to that of Carolyn Bessette Kennedy's iconic 1996 wedding gown—and enhanced by subtle Chantilly lace details and sweeping godets around the skirt. "Jennifer stuns in the most simplistic and refined of silhouettes," Paige says. "She's a classic beauty."
