Young shared the exciting news in a statement to Us Weekly, saying, "I'm thrilled to start a family. As a man who has been raised by an incredible mother, I have so much love and respect for women. It's amazing knowing I'm about to have a daughter. We are so grateful #thefutureisfemale."
It was previously reported that the 29-year-old actor got down on one knee at the couple's gender reveal party in February, where it was announced that they will give birth to a daughter.
Young and Weber met 12 years ago, when they started dating back in high school. Although the two took different career paths (Young moving from Arizona to Los Angeles to further his career in acting), the two continued their on-again off-again long-distance relationship through it all. Young is best known for his role as Richard on Imposters, while Weber works as the creative director for women's clothing brand Satao's Keeper.
Though the two have kept their relationship relatively private, Young has been known to post plenty of shots to Instagram of his now-fiancée. In early September, the actor shared a shot of the two embracing for a romantic, snowy kiss for Weber's birthday.
In addition to his role in Imposters, Young has also worked in a series of other films and TV shows, including Enlisted in 2014, 4th Man Down in 2015, and The Boss in 2016.
