Since confirming the news of their engagement, Baldwin, 21, has taken to social media to tease her fiancé for his signature facial hair look. After one Twitter user wrote in a tweet suggesting Bieber "grow the mustache back for the wedding," Baldwin quickly replied, writing, "Don't u dare give him that idea you lunatic." Sorry, Biebs.
But even after poking fun at her future husband, she reassured her fans that she has nothing but love for her man. "Not sure what I did in life to deserve such happiness but I am so utterly grateful to God for giving me such an incredible person to share my life with! No words could ever express my gratitude," she wrote in a tweet on Monday.
Bieber also has plenty of great things to say about his fiancée. On Monday, the pop star shared two photos of himself and Baldwin cozying up together, confirming the news of their engagement in a long, heartfelt caption.
"Was gonna wait a while to say anything but word travels fast, listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY," the 24-year-old singer wrote. "My heart is COMPLETELY and FULLY YOURS and I will ALWAYS put you first! You are the love of my life Hailey Baldwin and I wouldn’t want to spend it with anybody else. You make me so much better and we compliment eachother so well!! Can’t wait for the best season of life yet!. It’s funny because now with you everything seems to make sense!"
The news of the couple's engagement comes just weeks after the two first rekindled their romance. The couple briefly dated in 2016, but split shortly before Bieber went back to his on-again-off-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
Since Sunday, the couple has been spotted out and about partying in the Bahamas, where Bieber reportedly popped the question the night prior. Baldwin was also seen rocking a massive diamond engagement ring, which has probably every Belieber out there incredibly jealous.
